HOV Services' eContent MAX Partners with Cadgraf Digitals to Ramp-up Composition Services
TROY, Mich. – February 6, 2007 – eContent MAX, the e-publishing arm of HOV Services, LLC., a proven provider of document management outsourcing and business process improvement solutions for document intensive markets, today announced it has partnered with Cadgraf Digitals Private Limited (based in India) to offer composition services to HOV Services' eContent MAX Publishing customers globally.

This partnership has been established as a part of HOV Services' eContent MAX to be a full service partner for publishers. Development of Composition Services will play a key role in making HOV Services' eContent MAX a leading partner for publishers in the emerging Parallel Publishing and Dynamic Content Publishing domain.

Cadgraf is a pioneer in Contract Proofing technology, thereby making it a one-stop shop for pre-press digital design communications. Cadgraf is an authorized system integrator for K4 Publishing Systems and Adobe Indesign/Incopy in India . Digiscape Gallery is the training wing of Cadgraf Digitals offering courses in copy editing, technical editing, Quark and Indesign pagination, Tex and Frame Maker typesetting, graphic editing, digital prepress and color management.

According to the partnership agreement, Cadgraf (Digiscape Gallery) will supply trained resources and technical consulting to HOV Services on composition services including print design, web design and multi-media design. Cadgraf's senior management team will provide project consultancy, technical consultancy and resource planning to help HOV Services fully ramp-up its composition services offering.
