Once the feasibility study is completed and the Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) is signed, the same cross-functional team or additionally identified personnel are placed onsite for 3-4 weeks so as to gain a better understanding of the requirement and to build on domain knowledge.
