The Offshore Operating Centers have dedicated Customer Focus Cells, where each Cell comprises functional experts (Project Management, Production, Quality, Engineering, Training and MIS), who are responsible for project delivery. The seamless communication protocols between the US-based Customer Relationship Managers and the offshore Customer Cells ensure smooth and effective functioning of client projects.
